Hi, I’m Kelly.

Thirty-something mother to 2.5 year old G and wife to J. With a child with on-going health concerns, a career that’s accelerating and a penchant for self-doubt I’ve often found myself carried away by the undertow and I’ve given in to stress and frustration.

It’s become all too easy to focus on what I’m not doing (or not doing well) rather than on the positives. So here’s the first part of my journey, an attempt to slow down, take stock and focus on what’s truly important. This blog will act as a sort record of the journey and I hope that others will find it useful (I can’t be the only one struggling with this can I?). I’ll try and bring new positive habits into my life and document them as I go.
